Starting at 12pm on Sundays, brunch in Paris 8 ends the clients' week on a tasty note. Served with a glass of champagne, the brunch comes in a wide range of flavors:

  • fresh fruit juice(orange, grapefruit, lemon) ;
  • hot drinks around coffee ( espresso, double espresso, cappuccino, decaffeinated);
  • other hot drinks ( chocolate, Mariage Frères organic teas, My Organic Infusion );
  • hot or cold dairy drinks ( skimmed or whole milk, soy milk, almond milk, oat milk ).

To accompany the drinks, a wide choice is available among a selection of dishes:

  • breads with and without gluten ( with your choice of butter, jam or honey);
  • eggs(omelette, fried , scrambled, poached, boiled or hard-boiled);
  • cold cuts ( white ham, cured ham, bacon, veal sausage and poultry of your choice );

The Paris 8 brunch allows the discovery of healthy or detox cocktails. Sweet treats are also to be enjoyed: pancakes and maple syrup, French toast and vanilla ice cream or an ice cream sundae ( 3 flavors to choose from).

In addition to the healthy brunch, it is possible to continue the experience at the Café 52 restaurant. Accessible to hotel guests as well as to travelers passing through, this restaurant combines gourmet food with healthy suggestions. A menu with vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options is available. The bar team prepares custom-made cocktails for all tastes, with or without alcohol.
